Wellness in the Heart of the Forest: Rejuv Nordic Spa
What to Expect
Your visit to Rejuv Nordic Spa is designed to be slow, restorative, and unhurried. Each booking provides three hours to move through the Nordic spa cycle — a wellness practice known as contrast therapy, where heat, cold, and rest work together to relax the body and reset the mind.
During your visit, most guests complete two to three full Nordic cycles, allowing the body to gradually relax and absorb the benefits of the experience.
Admission is $75 per guest for a three-hour visit. Includes full access to all spa amenities.
Your visit moves through a simple rhythm of heat, cold, and rest. This contrast therapy process stimulates circulation, relaxes muscles, and helps the body recover from physical and mental stress.
✷ The Nordic Cycle
Each booking provides three hours to enjoy the spa at a relaxed pace. This allows time to complete several cycles while fully enjoying the quiet surroundings and relaxation areas.
✷ Three Hours to Unwind
Many guests report feeling the benefits of contrast therapy — including improved sleep, reduced tension, and better circulation — for up to three weeks after a visit.
✷ Benefits That Last
While a single visit can leave you feeling refreshed, regular visits can provide compounded wellness benefits, helping support long-term relaxation, recovery, and overall wellbeing.

First Time Trying the Cold Plunge?
Cold water can feel intimidating at first, but it doesn't need to be extreme to be beneficial.
Cold immersion is always optional, and guests are encouraged to move at their own comfort level. While a 3-minute plunge is ideal, many first-time visitors begin with just a few seconds of cool water, gradually increasing their time as they become more comfortable.
Even brief exposure to cold water can activate circulation and provide many of the benefits of contrast therapy.
The goal is simple: listen to your body and enjoy the experience.
How cold is the cold plunge?
Cold plunge temperatures typically range between 8°C and 12°C (46°F – 54°F). Guests usually spend 30 seconds to 3 minutes in the cold water, depending on their comfort level. Even brief exposure can provide many of the benefits of contrast therapy.
