Your visit to Rejuv Nordic Spa is a three-hour experience designed around the Nordic spa cycle, known as contrast therapy. Contrast therapy simply means alternating between heat and cold, followed by rest. This cycle stimulates circulation, relaxes muscles, and helps the body reset both physically and mentally.
For the best experience, guests are encouraged to complete three full Nordic cycles during their visit. Each cycle moves through heat, cold, and rest, allowing the body to gradually reach deeper levels of relaxation and recovery.
Many guests report feeling the benefits of a Nordic spa session for up to three weeks after a visit. Regular visits can provide compounded benefits, helping to support stress reduction, improved sleep, muscle recovery, and overall wellbeing.

Spend 10–15 minutes in the sauna allowing your body temperature to rise and your muscles to fully relax. The heat opens blood vessels and stimulates circulation, encouraging detoxification through sweating.
