WAIVER, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Reservations
Reservations are required and must be made online through our website. Each booking includes spa slides, robes, and towels.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure availability for all guests, we kindly ask that any changes to your reservation be made in advance.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total experience price.
Missed appointments may also be subject to this charge.
Code of Conduct
To preserve the experience for all guests:
Whisper policy in effect at all times, except Friday and Saturday evenings where moderate conversation is permitted
Bathing suits and sandals must be worn at all times
Smoking, vaping, and the use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited
Cellphone use, photography, and video recording are not permitted
Guests are asked to arrive without oils, lotions, or skin creams applied. These products can affect water quality and create slip hazards within the facility.
Rejuv Nordic Spa reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who does not follow these guidelines, without refund.
Eligibility & Health Considerations
Guests must be 16 years of age or older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
The thermal experience is not recommended during pregnancy.
Guests with medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, circulation issues, blood pressure concerns, respiratory conditions, cancer, or diabetes) should consult a healthcare professional prior to visiting.
Guests with contagious conditions or active skin conditions may not access the facility.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in thermal spa activities, including the use of saunas, hot pools, cold plunges, and outdoor areas, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, burns, and adverse health reactions.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.
Accessibility
Due to our rural location, access includes approximately 2 km of dirt road. All-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. Guests are responsible for ensuring safe travel to and from the property.
Weather & Operations
Rejuv Nordic Spa reserves the right to modify hours or temporarily close due to weather or safety conditions.
As payment is not taken in advance, no refunds or credits will be issued. Guests may rebook based on availability.
Personal Belongings
Rejuv Nordic Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including gift cards.
Liability Waiver
By booking and attending, I release and discharge Rejuv Nordic Spa, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my visit, including those resulting from negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Agreement
By booking or attending Rejuv Nordic Spa, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver.
I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my conduct and well-being while on the premises.
If booking or attending on behalf of another individual, including a minor, I confirm that I have the legal authority to do so and agree to these Terms & Conditions on their behalf.
This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, and assigns, and is governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
