  • Each Rejuv Nordic Spa visit is designed as a 3-hour experience from arrival to departure. This allows you enough time to fully enjoy the recommended hot–cold–rest cycles and relax into the atmosphere of the spa.

    Please be mindful of your scheduled time slot and respectful of other guests who are booked before or after you. Arriving on time and planning your departure within your session helps ensure everyone enjoys a smooth and peaceful experience.

  • Yes. We recommend booking your visit in advance to ensure availability at your preferred time.

  • Please bring a bathing suit, and a water bottle to stay hydrated during your visit.

  • The Nordic spa cycle is a wellness practice known as contrast therapy, where guests move between heat (sauna), cold (cold plunge), and rest. Repeating this cycle several times helps improve circulation, reduce stress, and support recovery.

  • No. The cold stage is completely optional. Guests are encouraged to move at their own pace and enjoy the experience in a way that feels comfortable.

  • Rejuv Nordic Spa operates year-round, rain, snow, or shine. In fact, many guests find that winter weather enhances the Nordic spa experience.

    We do not offer compensation for weather conditions. However, if you wish to reschedule your visit, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your booking.

    In the event of severe weather or a storm that requires the spa to temporarily close for safety reasons, guests will be notified and offered a refund or the option to reschedule their visit.

  • Guests must be 16 years or older to enjoy the spa experience.

  • Rejuv Nordic Spa encourages a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Quiet conversation is welcome, but guests are asked to be mindful of others who are enjoying the peaceful environment.

  • Light snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments are available for purchase during your visit, including our popular house Chai Latte, a guest favourite to enjoy between Nordic cycles.

    Guests are also welcome to bring their own light snacks if they prefer.

  • No, Rejuv Nordic Spa does not offer onsite accommodations. However, there are many hotels, inns, and other lodging options located within a 15-minute drive of the spa.

  • Because the Nordic spa cycle involves heat and cold exposure, it is generally not recommended during pregnancy. We encourage guests to consult their healthcare provider before planning a visit.

  • Guests with existing health conditions should consult their healthcare provider before visiting Rejuv Nordic Spa. During your visit, remember to stay hydrated, listen to your body, and respect your personal limits while enjoying the Nordic cycle.

  • Rejuv Nordic Spa strives to create a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests. Some equipment, including hammocks, chairs, and hanging pod tents, has a maximum capacity of 440 lbs.

  • To ensure availability for all guests, we kindly ask that any changes to your reservation be made in advance. Late cancellations or missed visits leave empty spaces that could have been enjoyed by other guests.

    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the reservation time will be subject to a 50% charge of the total experience price.
